As a Human Resources Director, you are instrumental in shaping the culture of the facility. Ultimately, our work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with all aspects of personnel matters, processing facility payroll, pre-screening and on-boarding all facility new hires and maintaining positive employee engagement.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
  • As a minimum, a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar field;
  • Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting;
  • Prior experience providing best-in-class human resources to a large workforce (200+ employees);
  • Experience supporting a mix of Union and Non-Union personnel is preferable;
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferable.
