Qualifications

2 years' experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Knowledge of FMLA, Disability, and Workers' Compensation policies and procedures

Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

2 years' experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
Coordinate interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
Onboard new hires and organize orientations
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
Knowledge of FMLA, Disability, and Workers' Compensation policies & procedures
Any other duties as assigned
