The Human Resources Data Analyst will support enterprise human capital initiatives by analyzing workforce data, developing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate complex data in a meaningful way to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance human capital dashboards, scorecards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create data visualizations and automated reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.
- Develop business process models and workflow documentation using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
- Utilize Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI to support reporting and data analysis initiatives.
- Audit and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
- Produce executive briefings, presentations, and analytical reports that support strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Required Qualifications- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 12 years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years conducting analytical and support activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or Human Capital programs.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience developing workforce analytics dashboards and executive-level reports.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting federal government clients.
