About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team as a strategic partner to site leadership. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-shift environment and enjoys being a visible, trusted presence both on the floor and in the office.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will support employee relations, guide supervisors and managers, reinforce a strong safety culture, and ensure HR practices align with all legal and customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, including the General Manager
  • Manage employee relations matters with consistency, fairness, and professionalism
  • Act as a trusted coach and advisor to supervisors and managers
  • Promote and support health and safety initiatives and compliance
  • Monitor employee timekeeping and attendance to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with payroll by providing accurate timekeeping-related data
  • Support onboarding processes, including system setup and employee integration
  • Track and ensure compliance with training programs and documentation
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and addressing staffing needs
  • Communicate workforce planning needs across shifts to leadership
  • Coach and cross-train supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities
  • Manage employee leaves, schedules, and benefits in a high-volume environment
  • Handle sensitive employee and managerial matters with discretion and confidence
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation


Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting operations leadership
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and develop supervisors and managers
  • Strong experience in employee relations within high-volume or multi-shift environments
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and their practical application
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
