Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

The HRBP supports the delivery of core HR programs and employee lifecycle processes aligned to business needs. This role partners closely with managers to ensure consistent execution of HR practices, high-quality employee experience, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Operating within a globally integrated HR model, this role balances operational excellence with continuous improvement, applying systems thinking to enhance HR processes, enable managers, and contribute to the evolution of a scalable, service-oriented HR function.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115k - $130k annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organization
  • Lead and oversee employee lifecycle strategies, ensuring seamless onboarding, development, movement, and offboarding aligned to business needs
  • Ensure integrity of HR data, documentation, and systems to support compliance, insights, and informed decision-making
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent movement to optimize workforce performance
  • Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational change initiatives in alignment with business strategy
  • Supports business partner
  • Partner with HR peers to deliver seamless employee support and drive consistency in HR programs and processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR processes and operating models, leveraging standardization, automation, and shared services to scale impact and efficiency
  • Strengthen employer branding in the highly competitive tech and operational market.


Talent
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to help drive hiring.
  • Partner with leaders to design and execute core HR programs (performance, compensation, talent, engagement) that drive business outcomes
  • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and overall team performance
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and people management, balancing risk with business objectives


HR Operations, Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure 100% compliance with employment laws, statutory obligations, audits, and labor regulations.
  • Help Implement and manage the Central Labor Codes (Code on Wages, Industrial Relations, Social Security, and OSH Codes)
  • Oversee payroll governance and vendor management (if outsourced), ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage HR risks, POSH framework and maintain ethical governance standards in coordination with global compliance teams


Culture
  • Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and impact
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcome
  • Other duties as assigned.
