Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in healthcare, health insurance, or life sciences (pharma/med-device).
• Experience managing HUB services within a pharmaceutical or medical device context.
• Ability to effectively resolve patient access barriers.
• Experience with a leading pharmaceutical/device HUB provider is advantageous.
• Familiarity with rare disease treatments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with clear goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Set operational goals for HUB vendor programs.
• Track vendor performance and ensure operational goals are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve deliverable turnaround time and quality with vendors.
• Collaborate with training teams to educate staff on HUB access programs.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc operational reporting on HUB services.
• Create and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures for HUB operations.
• Manage HUB expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
• Address escalations regarding HUB services from various stakeholders.
