GLAUKOS - HUB Manager (Aliso Viejo, CA)

How will you make an impact?

The HUB Manager will be responsible for proactive oversight of external HUB vendors that execute patient access programs for Glaukos brands. These programs include the reimbursement HUB, PAP program, and copay assistance program.

What will you do?
  • Sets operational goals for programs administered by external hub vendor(s).
  • Tracks external hub vendor performance and ensures that operational goals are met.
  • Partners with external vendor(s) to continuously identify opportunities to decrease deliverable turn around time and improve quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Collaborates with training team to educate Reimbursement Liaisons and sales colleagues on how to appropriately present Glaukos HUB access programs to customers.
  • Delivers regular and ad-hoc reporting on HUB operations (i.e., deliverable turnaround time and accuracy/quality).
  • Creates and maintains HUB process maps and SOPs.
  • Proactively manages HUB spend within budget.
  • Resolves escalations from customers, Reimbursement Liaisons, and Patient Support Specialists concerning HUB services and deliverables.

How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare, health insurance, or life sciences (pharma/med-device).
  • Experience managing HUB services for a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturer.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve patient access barriers.
  • Prior experience at a leading pharmaceutical/device HUB provider a plus
  • Rare disease experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and relationship-building skills .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and leadership skills .
  • Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results.
  • 20% travel to attend conferences, team meetings, etc.
