Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. • Holds safety designation. • 5 years' experience in a health and safety role in a related industry. Previous experience in a supervisory role an asset. • Solid understanding of applicable OH&S and environmental legislation and HSE processes. • Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to problem-solve. • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Ability to develop, influence, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. • Strong working knowledge of construction processes and terminology. • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
