Role: HRIS Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: 100% In office
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / Annually

Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform and related processes.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data across HR systems.
- Prepare and submit required compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting capabilities, including ad hoc reporting and workforce analytics.
- Create training materials and provide end-user support for HR systems and processes.
- Partner with IT and key stakeholders to test system updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Lead HR technology projects, including integrations, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize integrations between HR, payroll, reporting, and other business systems.
- Support data governance efforts, including process documentation, data mapping, and data quality standards.
- Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data flow, system functionality, and compliance.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- Assist with additional HR operations and systems-related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications - 7-10 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience administering HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong experience with Paylocity required.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee data management.
- Experience managing HR system integrations and data workflows.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security practices, and employee data governance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Complex formulas
- Data validation
- Reporting and analytics
- Large dataset management and consolidation
- Ability to extract, manipulate, analyze, and present data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Power BI and HR reporting dashboards.
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations and integrations.
- Familiarity with ERP or business management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
