Full Job Description
We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage key HR programs and processes, including immigration, Learning & Development, global mobility, and HR operations. This role partners closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to deliver exceptional employee experiences while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement across a global workforce.

Immigration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 125+ employee immigration cases.
  • Partner with external immigration counsel, employees, managers, and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant processing of visas and work authorizations.
  • Maintain immigration records, case tracking, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare employment verification letters, support letters, and travel documentation.
  • Monitor immigration program metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, and compliance.
  • Stay informed of immigration policy and regulatory changes and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.

HRBP Support
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide insights to support retention and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and workforce initiatives as needed.

HR Operations
  • Coordinate Learning & Development programs, training logistics, and employee participation tracking.
  • Lead administration of the summer intern program, including onboarding, engagement activities, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate international relocation processes and partner with international HR to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including compensation, organizational, and employment changes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities as needed.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance HR processes, improve data insights, and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of HR experience, with exposure to immigration and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.

Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

The estimated base compensation range for this role is:

$90,000-$110,000 USD
