Job Description:
Client Expatriate Mobility Specialist provides hands-on and consultative services to the business, including full lifecycle support for Expatriates employees on rotational, short and long-term assignment, domestic relocation, and US entry support.
This role will be responsible for driving, executing and leading communications for Expatriates HR related support during their assignment in the US.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise on Expatriate Mobility benefits and policies.
• Coordinate and support Client Expatriates' immigration and relocation process by partnering with internal stakeholders (i.e., Immigration, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Finance, IT, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Law Firms) to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience.
• Maintain expatriate personnel documents, a variety of benefit-related data, and files with specific attention to detail.
• Serve as a resource to HR, Legal, Finance, HQ, and external CPA for inquiries related to Expats.
• Work closely with NAHR Expatriate to problem-solve on individual Expats cases and systemic inquiries, as needed.
• The expatriate's primary point of contact for all HR related support matters.
• Support with ad-hoc requests and special projects assigned by management.
• Serve as back-up for all expat related matters including but not limited to I-9 support, onboarding, benefits, transition, relocation, mobility program, and data management.
• Support the event planner in facilitating and coordinating year-round events for expats including in-house or external seminars and recreation activities.
• Support data management and reporting to C-suite
• Prepare and submit invoices for expat related expenses to finance and account payable teams.
• Proactively seek out ways in which to improve the expatriate experience
• Provide back-up support for PERM process across the region

Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of combined experience in HR, or in the related field.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be able to ensure a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain ownership of projects, willingness to take initiative, and flexibility to create & accept challenge and innovation are particularly important.
• Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate executive levels within the company, local community, and critical industry contacts.
• Read, write, prepare, and translate executive materials, presentations, contracts, or related documents.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment while working on multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) is required.
• Bilingual - Korean and English (written, spoken) required.
