Full Job Description
Summary:

The HR Partner serves as an experienced HR resource with responsibility across multiple human resources functions. This role supports the development, implementation, and coordination of HR policies and programs in areas such as employee relations, recruiting, training, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Partner independently manages complex assignments, provides guidance to managers, and participates in cross divisional HR initiatives to ensure consistent and effective HR practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and reinforce FET's Code of Conduct and other FET policies.
  • Support employee relations by advising managers and employees on FET Culture, HR policies & procedures and best practices.
  • Partner with leaders on review of employee compensation, job descriptions, and performance management.
  • Conduct investigations and research into employee or operational issues as needed.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle through sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and support training and development programs.
  • Partner with corporate benefits teams to support administration and communication of FET's health and welfare plans and assist employees with benefits-related questions and processes.
  • Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of HR experience required
  • Experience working within an HRIS (UKG Preferred)
  • Intermediate presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Broad knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
