Who You Are:The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides organizational support to their assigned departments on initiatives and topics such as engagement, performance management, organizational design, training and development, and HR policy or procedures. The HRBP builds effective relationships with leaders and employees within their teams and maintains knowledge of functional responsibilities, tasks, and standards to provide unmatched support to their departments through job design, recruiting, onboarding and people management.
What You're Good At:- Partner with the departmental leaders and our Talent Strategists to build high performance teams. This includes participating in hiring consultations, interview loops, debrief and offer discussions, job requisition design, and workforce planning
- Develop, design, and implement department specific programs or initiatives as it may relate to your assigned team such as department specific onboarding programs, etc.
- Conducts monthly meetings with functional leadership
- Support leaders with performance management and employee relations issues through coaching and one on one support as needed
- Understand our HR policies and procedures to provide guidance to manager and employees.
- Identifies and assists in execution of team development needs as well as desired employee career growth.
- Partner with peer HR teams on new projects and initiatives to provide insight and knowledge of programs to employees
- Track and analyze departmental HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
What You Contribute:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 5+ years HRBP experience in high growth and dynamic company
- Experience supporting a sales or commercial business unit (beverage specific experience a plus)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and overlapping deadlines
- Ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Ability to speak and present to groups of all levels in the organization
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentation decks
