Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented
Talent Lifecycle Program Manager to lead and continuously improve our employee onboarding and offboarding programs. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for employees as they enter and exit the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable, inclusive, and impactful programs that support our culture, values, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin Services, IT, Hiring Managers) to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding process.
- Develop onboarding materials, communications, and training sessions aligned with company culture and role-specific needs.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness through feedback and data, and continuously iterate for improvement.
- Own the offboarding process, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a respectful experience for departing employees.
- Partner with Legal, IT, and HR teams to manage exit procedures, knowledge transfer, and system access removal.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and service-level agreements for onboarding and offboarding.
- Track and report key metrics to measure program success
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR program management or related roles.
- Proven ability to influence and work effectively with leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
- Expertise in HR policy creation and implementation within a corporate environment.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and workforce regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software, data analytics tools, and program evaluation methodologies. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve employee and organizational performance.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, or operations-based teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), SHRM-CP/SCP (Society for Human Resource Management), PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources), or other relevant program management or HR certifications is a plus.
The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.
Pay Range
$80,000-$100,000 USD
