Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner to leaders across the organization, driving talent strategy, employee engagement, workforce planning, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness. Your Work Will...Shape organizational success by partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while aligning people strategies with business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and performance management
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with leaders on recruiting, selection, and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and employer-of-choice initiatives across supported business units
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, compliance, and employee relations matters
- Lead labor relations activities, including collective bargaining preparation, negotiations, and contract administration
- Collaborate with leadership to address organizational challenges and optimize team performance
- Oversee compensation planning, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Develop, coach, and mentor Human Resource Business Partners and HR team members
- Champion change management initiatives that support business growth and transformation
WHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Business Partnering, or Employee Relations required
- 1-2 years of leadership or people management experience required
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments preferred
Systems and Software- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Workforce planning, performance management, and talent management systems

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $130,146-$160,769 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
