Human Resources Generalist

Are you a collaborative, solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our regional teams and play a key role in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with regional leadership to implement HR programs, policies, and procedures across both union and non-union environments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Conduct internal HR investigations and support resolution of employee concerns
  • Support labor relations by interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and guiding leaders on union-related matters
  • Develop and support performance management processes, including performance improvement plans, counseling, and corrective actions
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders within your region
  • Drive recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with leadership on organizational changes such as promotions, restructures, and integrations
  • Collaborate with Legal on employment law matters, unemployment claims, and compliance initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Analyze and deliver HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and tools
  • Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence across regional locations
  • Support benefits administration and communicate benefits information to employees


What You'll Bring

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in remaining in a stationary position and may require standing, bending, lifting of boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.

Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.

Compensation Range:
$75,300.00 - $113,100.00
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
