  • Invoicing & Support: Audit and reconcile benefit invoices for financial accuracy, and resolve escalated employee inquiries with empathy and confidentiality.

Employee Lifecycle Operations
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the end-to-end lifecycle for U.S. and international employees, including background checks, I-9 verification, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Immigration Support: Coordinate visa processes and compliance documentation in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel.

Workday HRIS Administration
  • System Management: Serve as the hands-on admin for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Leave modules, including managing Business Processes, Security Groups, integrations, file feeds, and data reporting.
  • Data Integrity: Troubleshoot system issues, manage organizational structures, and generate reports to ensure flawless data integrity.

HR Compliance & Policy
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage ACA reporting, CA Pay Data, Form 5500, non-discrimination testing, and 401(k) audits.
  • Policies & SOPs: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Assist in special HR projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Global Exposure: Experience supporting global benefits or international employee populations is highly preferred.
  • Immigration Coordination: Prior experience collaborating with immigration counsel for visa and work authorization processes is a strong plus.
  • Discretion & Trust: A proven track record of handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and ethical judgment.
  • Project Delivery: Excellent organizational and project management skills-specifically, the ability to draft policy and see complex processes through to completion.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to resolving complex employee inquiries.
