BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- B.S. in Business from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2 to 8 years of professional hands-on experience in Human Resources.
- Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
- Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Certification in PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a bonus.
- Knowledge of multi-state compliance.
- International compliance experience is a bonus.
- Experience creating annual compliance reports.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and current HR practices.
- Assist with PEO management and insurance audits.
- Knowledge of Non-disclosure and Proprietary Information and Invention Agreements.
- Experience managing annual health care renewal negotiations and open enrollment period.
- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, including partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer and onboarding processes
- Maintains employee benefits.
- Able to maintain and update terminations and performance evaluations.
- Focused on a customer service mindset in their approach to work.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and carry out employee engagement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain employee data in our HRIS systems (Current Platforms: Rippling, Absorb, & Trakstar).
- Manage compliance and produce compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEOC, OSHA, and 401k.
- Manage benefits and open enrollment.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the organization to positively influence culture.
- Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
- Conducting onboarding and exit processes
- Provide legal guidance and interpret policies and practices.
- Assist in immigration processing.
- Coordinate company events.
- Answer employee questions as needed.
- Ad Hoc duties and responsibilities as needed.

The salary range for this position is based on
national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $108,000.00.
