Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable HR Director to provide support to the Federal Solutions segment. This role serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior, mission focused business leaders and involves managing complex HR issues. It is perfect for a hands-on HR leader who is ready to drive impactful HR solutions aligned with business strategies.

The HR Director will lead a small team of HR business partners and reports to the Federal Solutions Senior Vice President of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be based in the Washington, D.C. region. While an office will not be assigned, this role requires occasional visits to local sites and some travel as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Aligns HR initiatives at the with the strategic goals of the business unit or functional area.
  • Advises on complex HR-related matters including leadership coaching, workforce development, compensation matters, and change management.
  • Analyzes HR data to drive sector level initiatives and needs to enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Develops, promotes, and implements human resources initiatives aligned with the overarching HR strategy.
  • Identifies and/or leads project efforts within and across the corporation that drive continuous improvement.
  • Resolves employee relations issues and other complex challenges in partnership with team and stakeholders.
  • Partners effectively with COE (Center of Excellence) peers to execute HR initiatives, address opportunities to improve, or enhance the execution of HR initiatives.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops members of the HR team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Influences and shares best practices within and across the business units.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
