Position Summary

We are seeking a HR Data & Systems Lead who is passionate about data governance, system designs, integrations along with reporting and analytics supporting the effort to transform HR data into meaningful insights.  You will partner closely with HR leaders, business partners and functional teams to set foundational data strategy and systems to support analyzing trends and managing complex data sets. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support defining the HR Analytic roadmap and toolsets required including system and implementation strategy.

  • Build automated and scalable reporting & analytic frameworks to improve accessibility to data and supporting decision making. 

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across all HR data sources. 

  • Support advanced analytic initiatives such as predictive modeling, workforce planning and talent insights. 

  • Support Business Process optimization efforts to align with clear HR data governance. 

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs and leadership teams to identify analytics needs and proposed solutions.

  • Support Operational Reporting requests as necessary

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $114,080.00 - $213,900.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
