Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR Consultant, Programs to join the HR Programs Delivery team. In this role, you will lead and support HR programs with a strong emphasis on new hire onboarding, executive onboarding, employee and manager enablement, operational reporting, communications, and continuous program improvement. You will partner across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Reporting & Analytics, Learning, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, scalable, and high-quality experiences across the supported organization while leveraging data and insights to drive informed decision making. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, HR Programs Delivery and plays a key role in strengthening HR program operations by building strategic partnerships, advancing operational excellence, promoting consistency and simplification, and driving continuous improvement through data-informed decisions.
ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and support organization-wide onboarding programs, including live onboarding sessions, executive onboarding, new hire employee and manager communications, onboarding learning specializations, and related program initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding activities across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure a consistent, scalable, and engaging new hire experience.
- Develop and maintain quarterly and fiscal year onboarding metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to measure program health, effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
- Build strong strategic partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Learning, Reporting & Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, scalable HR programs across the supported organization.
- Drive program execution by developing project plans, managing milestones, identifying risks, and proactively removing blockers to ensure successful delivery.
- Leverage data, analytics, and operational insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and influence program strategy and decision making.
- Partner closely with the HR Reporting & Analytics team to ensure effective data management, operational reporting, and reporting governance that supports talent-related workstreams.
- Prioritize data quality, content accuracy, and operational readiness by maintaining reliable reporting processes and helping future-proof program operations in preparation for evolving business needs.
- Champion consistency, simplification, and standardization across HR programs by developing scalable processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Promote agile ways of working by continuously evaluating program effectiveness and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve the employee experience.
- Drive end-to-end logistical support for large-scale HR program delivery, including communications, enrollment, attendance management, event execution, and program closeout activities.
- Develop and execute communication strategies supporting organization-wide HR initiatives, ensuring clear, timely, and audience-appropriate messaging for employees, managers, and executives.
- Measure communication effectiveness and utilize feedback, data, and analytics to continuously refine communication strategies and improve engagement.
- Capture, document, and maintain project requirements, deliverables, risks, and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives using established project management tools.
- Support additional strategic HR initiatives across the supported organization and global business as priorities evolve.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR programs and strategic initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in HR programs, project management, operations, or related business functions.
- Experience supporting organization-wide HR programs, preferably including onboarding, learning, talent initiatives, or employee experience programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams, organizational levels, and functional areas.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and operational reporting that provide actionable business insights.
- Knowledge of data governance principles with a commitment to maintaining data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Experience identifying opportunities to simplify processes, standardize work, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communications planning, editing, presentation development, and executive-ready materials.
- Experience supporting cross-functional project execution from planning through implementation, including risk management and stakeholder communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio) and experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, HRIS/HCM platforms, and collaboration technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with agility, embrace change, and contribute to a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery.
