Position OverviewThis role serves as a strategic HR partner supporting the Retail Lending organization across consumer lending products (credit & debit cards, personal & auto loans), as well as operational functions. The position works closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and organizational growth.

Job Description- Consults on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing, employee development, organizational design, and performance and change management programs and initiatives.
- Assisting managers and employees with all human resources and employee relations issues.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Recommending areas of improvement to achieve and deliver higher quality services.
- Partnering with business area managers in the development of solutions for employee related issues that affect business results.
- Monitoring various HR trends within area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data. Presenting analysis and recommendations to managers and working to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $50,000.00 – $185,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
