Full Job Description
The Role

Remedy is looking for a people-first HR professional to help build and sustain a workplace where our team genuinely wants to show up. This is a generalist role with a strong employee experience orientation - you'll touch everything from onboarding and benefits to performance cycles, career development, and culture programming. You'll work closely with leadership and be one of the key people employees turn to when they need support, guidance, or just a straight answer. This role is well-suited for someone with 3+ years of HR or people ops experience who wants to own a broad scope at a company that takes its culture seriously.

What You'll Work On

Employee Experience & Culture Day-to-day wellbeing, happiness pulse checks, office and remote culture programming, recognition, and the feel of working here. You'll identify friction points before they become frustrations.

Career Development & Performance Own our leveling framework, performance review cycles, and promotion processes. Help managers give meaningful feedback and help employees understand what growth looks like at every stage.

Employee Relations Be a trusted, neutral resource for employees and managers navigating difficult situations - from interpersonal conflicts to policy questions to sensitive conversations.

Benefits & Perks Manage our benefits programs (health, 401k, PTO, etc.), evaluate what's working, and help us stay competitive. Identify and run perks that actually matter to our team.

HR Operations Maintain accurate records, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure we stay compliant as we grow. Coordinate with outside counsel on immigration matters (H-1B, O-1, green cards, etc.) and serve as the internal point of contact for sponsored employees navigating the process.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in HR, people ops, or a closely related role - ideally at a startup or fast-growing tech company
  • Someone who takes employee wellbeing seriously without being precious about it
  • Strong judgment and discretion - people will trust you with sensitive information
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and driving the solution; we're still building a lot of this
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and leveling systems
  • Clear, warm communicator - written and verbal
