Full Job Description
Loffler is looking for an experienced and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support employees and leaders across designated business units. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, provide strategic HR guidance, and develop people-focused solutions that align with Loffler's values and business goals.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who understands how effective HR practices can strengthen employee engagement, performance, retention, and overall business success.

What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you will:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their teams, goals, challenges, and workforce needs.
  • Execute HR strategies that support Loffler's core values, vision, and organizational goals.
  • Meet regularly with leaders and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, career development, and corrective action.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations.
  • Identify trends and analyze HR metrics to help develop effective programs, policies, and solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, department restructuring, succession planning, promotions, transfers, and new hires.
  • Interpret HR policies and ensure consistent practices across the organization.
  • Manage employee leaves of absence, including FMLA.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws and help ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with legal counsel when appropriate to reduce organizational risk.
  • Identify department training needs and monitor training programs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and support department projects and initiatives.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.


What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and resolving complex employee relations matters.
  • Broad knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, diversity, organizational development, and federal and state employment laws.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or the ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and workplace matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, regulations, guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Effective time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience using UKG software.
