Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations and serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong employee relationships, and is passionate about driving workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational success. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives and operational growth.

Your role in our team
  • You will implement the company culture, values, and policies.
  • You will grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
  • You will promote employee advancement/ employee recognition efforts.
  • You will advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve the apprenticeship program).
  • You will manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
  • You will manage the New Hire Orientation Process.
  • You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • You will participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
  • You will remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Excellent time management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail.
  • You possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.

Your profile
  • You have obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
  • You have gained at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Decisive and self-confident.
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred.
