Full Job Description
At Clark Pacific, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues; successful team member acts as an employee champion and change agent. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Competitive Compensation Range: $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Hiring Bonus: $10.000.00

This is a full-time onsite position offering flexibility to work from our office in Phoenix, AZ, with regular travel to our Coolidge, AZ Manufacturing Plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all union and non-union related issues, and HR related questions/concerns for the manufacturing plants.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Consult with supervisors/management, provide HR guidance when appropriate. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices, talent acquisition, and compensation strategy, with the ability to
    apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.
  • Change agent with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive continuous improvement and results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience utilizing HRMS.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
