Key Responsibilities but not limited to:- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned business units and leaders, providing end to end support for all people matters.
- Deliver comprehensive HR support across relevant HR services areas in partnerships with HR COEs.
- Maintain strong understanding of the assigned business units, including people, annual goals, strategic objectives, business rhythm.
- Partner with managers and leaders to effectively establish performance goals, expectations, and metrics, to validate performance.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and business decisions.
- Ensure effective HR operations, HRIS data integrity, and compliance for assigned business units.
- Lead and oversee Talent Acquisition COE - strategy, processes, and recruiting effectiveness.
- Deliver effective learning programs and employee surveys and set programs to strengthen leadership and employee performance.
- Partner with HR COEs to provide solutions, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and other people initiatives.
- Support organizational change, continuous improvement initiatives, and matters on workforce/talent
Skills/Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or similar business-facing experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR practices, and talent management.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and workforce reporting.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Korean bilingual preferred.
Range: $100,000 - $115,000
