Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence.

Every day, you will actively engage with patient care needs, guide and support your nursing team's growth, and champion departmental objectives.

You'll fiercely advocate for your fellow nurses, fostering an environment where every individual reaches their full potential.

To thrive in this critical role, you will embody accountability and confident leadership. Your exceptional communication will shine in 1:1 interactions with physicians, consultants, and family advocates, as you skillfully navigate challenging conversations to ensure optimal performance and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support clinical practice and patient care delivery.
  • Plan for and manage human, fiscal and other resources.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Participate in and ensure support for quality improvement.
  • Participate in and ensure support for patient and employee safety programs.

Job Requirements

Required
  • Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Minnesota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
  • PALS, NRP and TNCC required within one (1) year of hire.


Preferred
  • Clinical leadership or nursing management experience
