Responsibilities- Manage and support clinical practice and patient care delivery.
- Plan for and manage human, fiscal and other resources.
- Support compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Participate in and ensure support for quality improvement.
- Participate in and ensure support for patient and employee safety programs.
- Participate in and ensure support for efforts to foster and strengthen the patient experience.
Job RequirementsRequired- Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- PALS, NRP and TNCC required within one (1) year of hire.
Preferred- Clinical leadership or nursing management experience
