- Lead and coach motivated sales and marketing teams to execute effective policies and strategies
- Drive client engagement through meetings, events, and industry networking
- Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for maximum profitability
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth communication across departments
- Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze market trends to refine strategies
Revenue and Systems Management- Create strategic revenue management plans to maximize hotel profitability
- Oversee revenue generation through major distribution channels and catering sales
- Ensure efficient use of sales systems and technology to enhance team connectivity
Essential Sales Functions- Generate and develop leads from group event planners
- Lead persuasive sales presentations and represent the hotel in client meetings
- Monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met and identify new business opportunities
- Organize and participate in sales meetings to foster team collaboration and success
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Hybrid work model with approximately 60% travel
- Associate degree or equivalent education
