Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business and market plans to achieve hotel occupancy and revenue goals
  • Lead and coach motivated sales and marketing teams to execute effective policies and strategies
  • Drive client engagement through meetings, events, and industry networking
  • Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for maximum profitability
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth communication across departments
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze market trends to refine strategies

Revenue and Systems Management
  • Create strategic revenue management plans to maximize hotel profitability
  • Oversee revenue generation through major distribution channels and catering sales
  • Ensure efficient use of sales systems and technology to enhance team connectivity

Essential Sales Functions
  • Generate and develop leads from group event planners
  • Lead persuasive sales presentations and represent the hotel in client meetings
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met and identify new business opportunities
  • Organize and participate in sales meetings to foster team collaboration and success

Requirements
