General Manager - Hotel Operations

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest while driving financial results.
  • Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability through effective management and sales strategies
  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
  • Maintain quality, safety, and service standards across the property
  • Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations

What We're Looking For
  • Marriott Brand Experience preferred, at least 2-4 years of GM experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management (level varies by property size)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L, and performance analysis
  • Ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Proficiency with computers and reporting systems
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Physical Requirements:Ability to stand/walk throughout the property and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
