What You'll DoAs General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest while driving financial results.
- Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability through effective management and sales strategies
- Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
- Maintain quality, safety, and service standards across the property
- Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
What We're Looking For- Marriott Brand Experience preferred, at least 2-4 years of GM experience.
- Proven leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management (level varies by property size)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L, and performance analysis
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Proficiency with computers and reporting systems
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Physical Requirements:Ability to stand/walk throughout the property and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
