Full Job Description
The VP of Ticketing is responsible for leading and scaling ticketing and brokerage division, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing commercial engine that maximizes the value of audience and platform. This role carries full P&L ownership and is instrumental in shaping ticketing strategy, bundle development, distribution channels, and partner relationships across both on-campus and city-wide experiences. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership position focused on building new revenue streams, launching innovative products, and expanding the company's presence within the Las Vegas entertainment ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Full revenue and contribution margin accountability for the ticketing and brokerage division
  • Own the financial model, forecast, and weekly operating metrics
  • Report to the President with a regular cadence - this is a run-like-a-business division
  • Work collaboratively with experience owners and the President on bundle pricing - this VP shapes strategy and brings data, not unilateral control
  • Identify new bundle opportunities that increase conversion and revenue per visitor
  • Ensure bundle architecture is simple enough to sell and compelling enough to convert
  • The hotel and resort concierge network is the highest-volume referral channel in Las Vegas and a primary growth target
  • Develop the corporate and group sales channel - conventions, incentive groups, and entertainment buyers are an underserved, high-margin segment
  • Manage all distribution partner agreements - ensure channel economics are sound and transaction ownership stays with the company
  • Activate and structure the existing portfolio experience partner relationships
  • Hire and lead a lean, high-performance team across channel sales, partner success, analytics, and operations
  • Ensure every partner agreement routes transitions through the company platform
  • Embrace AI and technology tools to improve efficiency, forecasting, and commercial outcomes - not as a future initiative, but as a present operating mindset
  • Develop the corporate and group sales channel - conventions, incentive groups, and entertainment buyers are an underserved, high-margin segment

  • Experience structuring commercial agreements with distribution and data ownership considerations
  • Experience working closely with technology teams as a commercial stakeholder
