Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership and coaching to Internal guests (Team Members), helping to mentor them and help them become the best version of themselves.
- Embody Pathfinder's core values and Platinum Service Culture to our internal and external guests
- Serve as an ambassador for property and Pathfinder by building strong relationships within the local community.
- Proactively recruit year-round for new Internal Guests via Social Media, Referral Program Awareness Campaign and Career Fairs
- Lead efforts to maximize market share (Revpar Index) through aggressive sales and marketing by actively coaching and leading team members to embody the "Everybody Sells" culture.
- Create value for the property in an empowered culture by fostering a culture of innovation, embodying a zero-based budgeting mindset, and maintaining a pristine building

Qualifications:- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
- Passion for delivering memorable experiences to external and internal guests
- Proactive mindset
- Results-oriented
- Strong desire to learn and grow as a hospitality professional
- Preferred but not required - bilingual in Spanish and English
Salary, Compensation, and Benefits:- Annual Salary: $110,000
