Hotel General Manager

Your mission? Provide guidance, coaching, development, and support across all disciplines to keep our amazing teams thriving.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to Internal guests (Team Members), helping to mentor them and help them become the best version of themselves.
  • Embody Pathfinder's core values and Platinum Service Culture to our internal and external guests
  • Serve as an ambassador for property and Pathfinder by building strong relationships within the local community.
  • Proactively recruit year-round for new Internal Guests via Social Media, Referral Program Awareness Campaign and Career Fairs
  • Lead efforts to maximize market share (Revpar Index) through aggressive sales and marketing by actively coaching and leading team members to embody the "Everybody Sells" culture.
  • Create value for the property in an empowered culture by fostering a culture of innovation, embodying a zero-based budgeting mindset, and maintaining a pristine building

Salary, Compensation, and Benefits:
  • Annual Salary: $110,000
