Moxy Cincinnati Downtown is an exciting and upbeat downtown hotel, offering a lifestyle, fun, and memorable experience for guests and patrons alike. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Captain) to lead our efforts and oversee the ongoing operations of a 111-room property. Our preferred candidate will have rooms and F&B experience.

As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel. You will play a crucial role in staff recruitment, enforcing operational procedures, and ensuring all aspects of the hotel meet brand and company standards. You will also oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance, ensuring the hotel achieves its business goals and maintains the highest standards of service.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5-7 years of hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
