What you'll own:- Grow the business - Build relationships, win customers, and get trailers on rent
- Run the operation - Keep equipment ready, safe, and meeting demand
- Drive performance - Use data and day-to-day awareness to stay on track
- Lead your team - Hire, coach, and develop people who show up and deliver
- Own the numbers - Budget, pricing, utilization, and collections
- Solve problems quickly - When issues pop up, you address them head-on
- Stay close to customers - You know your accounts and where the next opportunity is
This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-from-the-front" role-not a desk job.

- Customer relationships are growing-and so is the business

- Comfortable in the field - Yard, customer site, office-you're good in all environments
- Experience in transportation, equipment rental, logistics, or a similar field
- Proven ability to grow business, accounts, or a location
- Understanding of both financial performance and day-to-day operations
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
