Description

The Hotel Director of Finance manages all financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, monthly financial statements, and budgeting. They ensure compliance with tax laws, audit procedures, and internal controls.

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Preparing, analyzing, and issuing monthly financial statements, profit-and-loss statements, and balance sheets.
Accounting Operations: Managing the day-to-day accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), tax laws, and conducting internal/external audits.
Inventory & Cost Control: Reconciling inventories (food, beverage, operating supplies) to minimize loss and waste.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing annual operating budgets and forecasting future revenue sources.
Strategic Advisory: Providing financial guidance to the General Manager and ownership regarding ROI and profitability.

Qualifications
