- Join an established team of 52 physicians and 4 APPs
- Schedule & Call: Experience predictable work-life balance with a dedicated Day Shift 7 on / 7 off schedule
- Practice setting: inpatient
- Access to seamless continuity: Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards through diligent documentation of healthcare delivery in the Sunrise Clinical Manager EMR system
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Outcome-Focused Care: Drive clinical excellence by obtaining comprehensive patient histories, performing diagnostic assessments, and managing treatment plans for complex adult conditions.
- Patient Empowerment: Enhance patient outcomes and transitions of care by counseling and educating patients and their families/caregivers on preventative health, treatment pathways, and community resources.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
