What You'll Be Doing: Here at BridgePoint the Coder is responsible for assignment of codes for all diagnoses and procedures which occurred during a patient encounter. The Coder is responsible for abstracting pertinent data in the hospital information system to ensure correct billing and indexing.

Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED
Licenses/Certification: Current CCS or RHIT credentials required.
Experience: Four years hospital coding experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of current coding guidelines.
