Hospice RN Clinical ManagerLocation: King County
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,500/annually + Benefits
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced
Hospice RN Clinical Manager to support our growing interdisciplinary team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising field staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest quality of care. The Clinical Manager plays a key role in ensuring that patients and families receive exceptional, compassionate end-of-life care.

Primary Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Clinical Services in clinical operations in alignment with agency policies, nursing standards, and hospice philosophy.
- Balances in-office leadership with field-based support to conduct new patient admissions, coordinate care, and address clinical concerns.
- Reviews and approves clinical orders, audits charting for accuracy and compliance, and ensures timely documentation.
- Oversees scheduling, supports staff competency, training and education.
- Supports clinical intake reviews to ensure appropriate admissions and care planning
- Completes additional duties as assigned to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Current, active Washington State RN license in good standing
- Active BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 3-5 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in hospice
- Proficient with EMR systems and healthcare technologies
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment, initiative, and productivity
