The Opportunity

Drive Compliance Excellence in a Global ERP Transformation

As a Horizon Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, governance, and compliance of ERP systems across WSP. You will ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as SOX (52-109), while strengthening data protection practices and ethical standards.
Working alongside global teams and compliance experts, you will help elevate governance, streamline audit cycles, and ensure best-in-class security and compliance practices.
Your Impact
  • Develop and implement the organization's ERP compliance strategy, policies, and procedures for SOX (52-109) compliance
  • Collaborate with compliance and security professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective initiative execution
  • Conduct regular spot checks to identify compliance risks and security threats and develop mitigation strategies
  • Enhance governance and compliance best practices to enable faster and more efficient audit cycles
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security and compliance requirements into new systems and technologies
  • Develop and deliver compliance awareness programs to promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective implementation of compliance controls
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards including SOX (52-109), GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and others
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on ERP security posture, insights, recommendations, and metrics
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize compliance assessments through automation and improve audit lifecycle efficiency

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $98,800 - $130,800
MB & ON: $90,100 - $124,100
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $89,200 - $118,500
