Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate
Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Kitsap County Home Health team. You'll help patients regain independence, improve safety, and accomplish the everyday activities that matter most to them, all in the comfort of home.
Compensation- $45-$65/hour, based on experience

collaborative, supportive team that values both clinical expertise and the people providing the care.What You'll DoAs a Home Health OT, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their own environment, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to live as safely and independently as possible.
- Assess patients' functional abilities, limitations, and home environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on independence and meaningful daily activities
- Provide skilled OT interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, safety, and activities of daily living
- Evaluate home safety and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications when appropriate
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques that support independence and safety
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needs change
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You'll Bring- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license, or eligible for licensure before your first day
- 1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Home Health or community-based experience preferred
