Compensation- $35-$43/hour, based on experience (PPV equivalent available)

collaborative, supportive team that enjoys working together.What You'll DoAs a Home Health LPN, you'll provide skilled, personalized nursing care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in the comfort of home.
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management
- Observe and assess patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You'll Bring- Current Washington State LPN license, or license in place before your first day
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
