Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable states; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience; 2+ years clinical nursing experience, specifically in home health care.
• In-depth knowledge of home care and hospice regulations and standards.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical data.
• High-level problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions.
• CPR certification required.
• 12 hours of annual continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated knowledge of regulations and standards relevant to home care and hospice.
• Assist and coach Administrators in developing and meeting annual budgets.
• Evaluate branch operations using clinical, quality, and financial metrics.
• Create work plans for performance improvement with Administrators and Clinical Managers.
• Coordinate mentorship and training programs for staff with relevant departments.
• Provide oversight and support to Administrators ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Assist the Vice President of Home Care and Hospice Services as needed.
