Qualifications

• RN licensure in relevant states; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience; 2+ years in clinical nursing, specifically home health care.
• Deep knowledge of home care and hospice regulations and standards.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical data.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• CPR certification required; 12 hours of continuing education annually.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of home care and hospice regulations and standards.
• Coaching Administrators in developing and meeting annual budgets.
• Evaluate branch operations using clinical, quality, and financial metrics.
• Develop work plans for performance improvement in collaboration with staff.
• Create training programs for Administrators and Clinical Managers.
• Provide oversight and direction for adherence to agency policies.
• Assist the Vice President of Home Care and Hospice Services as needed.
