- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Maryland Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs and implementing IEPs preferred
