Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Windows and macOS endpoint management
• 2-3 years in a helpdesk or customer-service-related role
• 2-3 years supporting enterprise networks such as Wi-Fi and VPNs
• 2-3 years of experience with cloud-based applications
• IT certificate or associate degree in a related field; bachelor's preferred
• Strong communication skills for diverse user types
• Ability to create clear documentation for IT systems and procedures
• Must work 2-3 days a week from the Redwood City office
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Support Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune endpoint management
• Provision and manage Apple, Microsoft, and ChromeOS devices
• Assist in building and publishing installers for various operating systems
• Manage in-office printing, scanning, and faxing services
• Assist with administration of IT-managed business systems
• Troubleshoot corporate Wi-Fi and network devices
• Support SAML/SSO and MFA integrations across cloud services
• Participate in onboarding new hires for IT processes
