Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist - Garland, Texas

Salary + Bonus Potential: $75,000-$100,000 plus within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

Work Schedule: Full-Time with the option of a 4-day work week!

Position Summary:
As a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will have the opportunity to change lives by delivering exceptional hearing healthcare experiences. You will work in a collaborative environment where patient needs are prioritized, and employees are empowered to thrive

  • Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
  • Professional Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas, OR
  • Educational Requirements: AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments.
  • Sales History: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
