About the RoleBristol Glen is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for our evening shift. You'll provide direct nursing care to residents, working alongside a team that's been recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.
What You'll Do: - Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift
- Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
- Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan
- Administer medications and document care accurately and on time
- Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being
What You'll Need: Required:
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program or associate degree in nursing
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab
Pay and Benefits:- $40.33-$50.33/hour based on experience
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time evening shift, paid per company policy
- Shift differentials: $2.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour overnights, $1.50/hour weekends
