Job Description and Salary

ArentFox Schiff is seeking a mid-level associate to join the 4 th or 5 th year class of the healthcare group in its New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in a broad range of health care regulatory matters. Experience with long term care and senior living providers, home health agencies, other institutional health care providers, health care investors and lenders, and physician practice issues is a plus.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $245,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
