We are currently seeking a Healthcare Digital Workplace & End User Services Senior Director (Remote) to join our team in San Jose, California (US-CA), United States (US).
Role SummaryLead the transformation of End User Services across a large healthcare environment, driving a modern, AI-powered Digital Workplace that improves clinician and employee experience, productivity, service quality, and operational resilience. This executive will define and execute the strategy for Service Desk, End User Computing, Collaboration Services, Digital Experience Monitoring, and AI-enabled support, ensuring technology services are aligned to the needs of healthcare caregivers and business users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead End User Services transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Modernize Service Desk, End User Computing, Collaboration, and Field Services.
- Drive AI adoption through intelligent triage, virtual agents, automation, and self-healing support.
- Improve employee and clinician experience through Digital Workplace and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives.
- Implement persona-based IT services tailored to clinicians, caregivers, and administrative staff.
- Leverage endpoint monitoring, experience analytics, and productivity insights to proactively improve service performance.
- Enhance service reliability, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction through automation and observability.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business and technology outcomes.
Required Experience- 8+years of healthcare industry experience.
- 10+ years proven leadership in End User Services, Digital Workplace, and IT Operations.
- 8+ years experience leading large-scale workplace transformation programs.
- 3+ years of expertise in AI Operations (AIOps), automation, digital experience monitoring, and modern support models.
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing leadership skills

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $153,140 - $340,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
