Health Solutions Operations Director

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any local Aon office.

What the day will look like

The Regional Operations Leader (ROL) sits on the regional leadership team and is responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial aspects of the business while helping design and execute strategy. The ROL drives revenue growth and profitability through process standardization, KPI management, cash and commission oversight, knowledge sharing across the firm, and proactive recommendations to leadership. The role partners closely with regional leaders and national operations to identify efficiency opportunities, ensure consistent execution across markets, and enable scale through data, tooling, and governance.

You will play a key role in the success of health solutions. You will implement operations optimization, allocate resources appropriately, and grow PTI. Additionally, you will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the business and Aon's internal processes and procedures to drive the organization to higher levels of efficiency and performance.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $118,700 - $185,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
